Arizona voters can request a ballot by mail through October 25th
- To request a ballot by mail, visit https://my.arizona.vote/Early/ApplicationLogin.aspx and enter your county, last name, date of birth, and either your AZ Driver’s License number, house number and last four digits of your Social Security Number, or Tribal ID number.
- Complete the application and you will receive a ballot by mail at your house.
