North Carolina voters can request an absentee ballot through
October 29th at 5 PM
- To request an absentee ballot, visit https://votebymail.ncsbe.gov/app/absentee/lookup and enter your name, Date of Birth, and County.
- Enter your NC Drivers License/NC DMV ID number OR the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
- Finish your absentee ballot request form and you will receive a ballot in the mail to vote before Election Day.
- Absentee ballots must be received by your local election official by 7:30 PM on November 5th.
