New York voters can request an absentee ballot through
October 26th
- Absentee ballots must be postmarked by November 5th and received by November 12th.
- To request an absentee ballot, visit https://ballotapplication.elections.ny.gov/home/earlymail and enter your county, first name, last name, date of birth, zip code, and hit “Search”.
- Finish your request by indicating where you’d like the ballot mailed, which election you are requesting a ballot for, ballot language, and hit “Submit”.
- You will receive an absentee ballot at your home to vote before Election Day.
