Request a Vote by Mail Ballot
- Visit https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/OnlineAbsenteeApplication/ and follow the instructions to fill out an application.
- Click “Request a Vote by Mail Ballot”
- Have your Pennsylvania Driver’s License ready. You must use it to apply.
- Finish your application to receive your ballot by mail.
Vote Early In-Person by Mail
- Visit https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/OnlineAbsenteeApplication/ and follow the instructions to fill out an application.
- Have your Pennsylvania Driver’s License ready. You must use it to apply.
- Once you receive your ballot, fill it out, and return to your county election office or other designated location.
- Visit https://www.pa.gov/en/agencies/vote/contact-us/contact-your-election-officials.html and click on your county to find the location to drop off your mail ballot in person.
